These were Edwardian style windows early 1900's circa. The windows were all refurbished keeping the original boxes. The sashes were replaced with hardwood sashes with 18mm double glazed units these were made up of 4mm Low emissivity 'E' glass with a soft coat with a 10mm warm edge spacer bar & 4mm float glass. These units were all argon filled with a low U value. The arched top sashes were also replaced & matched with the existing ones.
All ironmongery & security locks were matched and all existing joinery was matched. New lead weights & wag tails were fitted along with some new pulleys & new sash cords. The sashes were painted using a micro-porous paint system.
The side lights for the bay window were fixed but were opened up on request & then new pulleys, sash cords & lead weights were fitted along with new wagtails.
