We have agreed to uphold at all times the aims & objectives of The Guild of Master Craftsmen, to abide by the terms & conditions of membership and to continue to serve the public and fellow members with skill and integrity.
In order to become a member one of the requirements was for us to send to the Guild a minimum of five previous jobs that we had completed, then the Guild would write to them requesting information on our standards of workmanship, conduct, and our overall abilities, and possibly arrange to view our work. Once the Guild were completely satisfied with these responses only then with other credentials in place were we accepted as members.
After completion of each job, we give our customers a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire asking for feedback on our conduct, such as: Was the work completed in a satisfactory time frame? Were you happy with the quality of the work? Would you describe your tradesmen as reliable? Plus many more questions regarding customer satisfaction. Customers then return this form directly to The Guild, in a stamped addressed envelope ensuring that your opinions are recorded regarding our service to you, confidentially to assist the Guild in upholding the founding principals of excellence, quality, customer service and integrity from Sash Masters.
